I found a great environment with Life Storage. I was very upset because of my search, but Noah at you guys location on Woodson Road was very humble in speaking to me and made me feel comfortable in choosing a storage unit. I will return to do business with you guys.

AMAZING experience with Life Storage.Easy online set up. The website offered a special to utilize their van for free with first time renters. An email explaining my code to get in the gate and the outside door code was clear and one way signs made it easy to get to my climate controlled unit. The email notated the lock would be inside (could return it if you have your own, but I didn't so it worked for me) when I got there I was in a slight panic that I didn't bring scissors to open the lock, but low and behold the amazing staff left a welcome bag with the lock cut open for me! PHEW! How thoughtful! Free truck, was actually van but it was very big and you get a free 20 miles and need to just replace the gas - boom! Thanks to Mr. Conor for an all around easy set up, move in and truck rental. Grateful I picked here to store my things!
