This was my second attempt at delivery from Home Depot but this time it was perfect! I received a call 3 days ago giving a delivery timeframe for today (16 days earlier than originally estimated). This morning I received another call notifying the delivery was expected in 20 minutes. EXACTLY 20 MINUTES Later the truck arrived. The 3 men were courteous, respectful and delivered over 800 lbs of flooring straight into my living room in under 10 minutes!!!! Also the delivery was at the very beginning of my anticipated timeframe!!!

This is the worst delivery company ever!!! Stay away from them!!! I caught them throwing boxes on the ground and dragging them, 70 percent of my cabinets were damaged because of their negligence. And the delivery personal have a huge attitude! As soon as they arrived, they started complaining that the cabinets have to be brought upstairs, even though it’s included in delivery and we have elevators. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have had my cabinet for over 3 weeks. They missed delivery to my area one week, scheduled for next week then no call/no show. Was suppose to be delivered today. I called and they didn't send it. Carla said it got moved back to the original delivery date which.was.Sept 3rd. now I have to wait until next week. I hope Home Depot finds another delivery company.
