Have not used a storage unit in a long time, but the experience here was great! The building is very clean, cool in temperature, and maintained well. All unit doors use cylindrical keys that you have to purchase, but you can keep them for future use in these units. We were unloading a UHaul into a unit and there were carts available and an elevator to the second floor. The manager (Tim) was very friendly and helpful, and came to check on us a couple times as we were moving items into the unit. He also took some extra time to demo how the locks work, since you cannot use standard locks. The only feedback would be that seating near the doors would be nice (for people like us, who had people unloading for us), and maybe a little better arrangement of the space around the outer doors. If someone parks in the space directly in front of the doors, it’s difficult for others to get in and out of the building. Overall, very pleased with how the move went, and we like the unit so far.

The perfect place for storage; convenient, simple, and staffed by the kindest! We stored for a few months inbetween moving houses and it was such a great solution for a great price. The location felt safe, the entire experience was enjoyable with amazing customer service, and the gentleman who works there was so kind. 11/10 would recommend!
