  Nicholas, was great. I have a 2013 Infiniti JX35 that uhaul installed a plug and play adapter kit on for me. They had originally overcharged me on accident for a hardwire and even after I paid and was ready to leave, they were completely honest and refunded me my additional $40. Next day hooked up my trailer and it didn’t work exactly as it should have so I called up to uhaul. They fit me in next day and spent 2+ hours in making it right. Great experience and integrity and trust is key. Highly recommend. Now we can tow our boat with our suv.

  I’ve received help from Jason on two separate occasions. The first interaction, his store did not have the trailer I needed—so without hesitation he directed me to the Highway K location in just enough time before they closed. The second time, I went in and he remembered me from our previous interaction and quickly got me in and out within 10 mins. He is a great asset to your company and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

  On November 10 I placed a call to UHAUL STORAGE in St. Peters a 19year old Employee by the name of Cole Cochran answered the phone. I asked to speak to an employee by the name of Calista as she is very knowledgeable about technical situations at that location. I asked if he would give her a message to contact me upon receipt of my request to return my call. Cole said he would give her the message. After several hours of no return call from Calista I recontacted her and she answered my technical question successfully. Thank you Calista for your prompt attention to my matter. Calista advised me that he did NOT give her the message as I requested proceeded to tell me he lied to me and that UHAUL tells their employees to lie to their customers I went into the store after speaking with her and ask Cole did he give her the message. Call told me he lied to me and that UHAUL tells her employees to lie to their customers He proceeded to scream at me for 23 minutes (which is recorded on my phone) I am appalled!! I am concerned as I have rented multiple units with this company and may have been lied to as to the information I have obtained from staff. I have received the utmost of professionalism, respect and correct information from all of the staff with the exception of the Manager Drew Caldwell who called me A Liar on 2 occasions within the last 30 days. I am filing a complaint with the Missouri attorney generals office the Better Business Bureau and the human resources Director Rebecca Gay. I feel that no customer should ever be screamed at and disrespected as I have been in the recent days. I would like to thank the following staff members for impeccable service and respect that I have received during my time with UHAUL: Nick, Cody, Jason, Calista and Taylor. I am asking for a written letter of apology from both of these individuals. Mr. Cochran is leaving the company on November 22 to go to work for another company in which I am certain they will not tolerate his behavior. I wish him the best and I pray that he gets some professional assistance to aid in his communication skills. Thank for your time.
