Ever since LifeStorage took over from Metro Self Storage it’s been on a downhill spiral.. 1 week of Broken gate is unacceptable. There’s all kinds of vehicles being stored here, from comercial trucks to personal.. No one needs their property damaged or stolen because of a broken gate.. Corporate is a waste of time as well, you call them and they refer you to the “property manager” that has no answers… The photo I added is what it looks like “after hours”

I do not recommend using this storage facility. Since Life Storage took over, I have had numerous billing problems. Every month I have to call them to get something corrected or explained. Now they have changed my monthly rate without any notice (raised the insurance rate) and are planning to raise my rental rate even more (by almost $50 a month). When I call, I usually get someone who is not concerned, nor do they show any signs of wanting to help. When I advised that I would be moving my stuff from their facility, their response was "okay, bye". If that is their idea of customer service, I will be happy to be gone.

The store manager at this location is extremely professional and well knowledgeable about the Life Storage. Her customer service is rare to find these day. This is a great and safe location. I would recommend this facility for their rates but for me IT'S THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
