  They have competitive prices and easy to setup. Unit looked clean once we were able to see it. They offer discounts to veterans of the armed forces. Customer service was also very helpful.

  Very quick, efficient and speedy process. I was referred to Lighthouse Storage and upon arrival I called the posted number. A nice representative assisted me virtually, provided access on the property and directed me to an available unit. She completed application, described the type of lock I needed (a disc lock), set up autopay and mentioned the insurance promotion, if needed. (I didn't.). Overall, very nice process.

  I reserved my unit online, super easy to do. On my move in date I received a call and was able to pay for my unit over the phone, they also sent me the contract thru email and I was able to sign it electronically. Everything was very easy and the representatives I spoke with were very nice.
