Worse military move I've had in 15 years! I waited all day for the movers and they were NO Show. After rescheduling thy finally arrived after supposed to be at 9am, they showed up at 4pm. I only had six boxes to move and a small TV. Took them over 2 and a half months to ship six boxes. After calling multiple times and pushing them to ship they finally end up doing so. End up loosing costumers for my business and still don't have my product. OVERALL WORSE MOVING COMPANY!!!

This company has successful lost half of our belongings and now is claiming that they don’t know where our things are. Myself and my wife used this company to move our belongs from Bremerton Washington to orange park Florida . Upon delievery we found that someone else’s belongings were mixed with ours. We began to try to contact this warehouse for days until we got a response. We were notified that they were going to search there warehouse for our belongings which we soon found out were not there. We haven’t been helped much at all. We have an entire bedroom set missing as well as TVs and clothes and shoes! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY IF U ACTUALLY LIKE YOUR BELONGINGS. As of right now our items are “lost” and are unable to be tracked bc this company failed to keep up with transit locations. Do not use THIS MOVING COMPANY! ****EDIT- I recently had to call to be informed (as NO ONE EVER CONTACTS US) that our shipment MIGHT POSSIBLY be in GREECE! Mind you this was suppose to be delivered In JACKSONVILLE,FL. I wouldn’t have known this bit of information had I not called to see what’s going on with our things. This has been BY FAR THE WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Again, IF U LIKE YOUR BELONGINGS DONT NOT GO THROUGH THIS SHIPPING COMPANY! We’ve had to hire an attorney at this point to start the process of reimbursement because this company HAS YET to change our shipment status so that we can start a claim! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I DONT KNOW HOW THEYRE STILL IN BUSINESS WITH THIS TYPE OF WORK! NOTICE THE FALSE INFORMATION THAT WAS “edited” in the response as well about our shipment being located, clearly an attempt to save face. They still don’t know FOR SURE where our belongings are.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! THEY FORGOT TO PUT US ON THE SCHEDULE, THEY TRASHED OUR FURNITURE, THEY DELIVERED LATE, AND THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY. 1. THE MOVE WAS NOT PUT ON THE SCHEDULE. I discovered this literally hours before the move, much to my dismay. 2. THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMPANY DURING THE SIX WEEKS BETWEEN OUR PURCHASE OF THE MOVE AND MOVING DAY. On the Friday before the Monday moving day, suspecting we had been forgotten, I frantically began to call and email several people from Lile, trying to get confirmation and an approximate time of arrival. I emailed Brad Fransen, the Relocation Consultant who sold us the move; I emailed and left voicemail for Rob Vargo, the Branch Manager; and I emailed Diane DeAutremont, the President/CEO of the company. NOBODY RESPONDED! Finally, after my fourth email, Brad Fransen responded about 20 hours before the scheduled move. Brad apologized and accepted the blame for not contacting the Bremerton office. 3. WE WERE NOT TOLD THE TRUTH ABOUT THE MOVE. We were told our belongings would be loaded directly onto a large moving van with several other households and delivered to our destination. This was not the case at all. Our belongings were handled multiple times and ultimately placed in an oversized steel container completely unsuited for the shipment and sent by rail. 4. THE DELIVERY WAS LATE. We were told our shipment would arrive no later than August 6. The actual delivery was two days later. 5. THE SHIPMENT ARRIVED WITH NO PAPERWORK. The receiving company, J.A. Haralson Moving & Storage, had to request records and paperwork from Lile. Also, NOTHING HAD BEEN SCANNED INTO THE SYSTEM. This further delayed the delivery. 6. OUR BELONGINGS WERE HEAVILY AND EXTENSIVELY DAMAGED. As noted earlier, our shipment was made in a steel container far too large for the contents. (Container # HGIU 646613). NOTHING WAS STRAPPED DOWN AND THE FURNITURE WAS NOT PADDED! Given these conditions, everything of course rolled and shifted, deeply abrading and gouging our furniture and causing boxes to shift and drop. All of this was noted and recorded by J.A. Haralson Moving & Storage. The company has disavowed all responsibility for everything I have documented. When I complained to the Better Business Bureau in their area, Lile's response was essentially, "Tough luck, not our fault." They refused to offer any solution and simply referred us to North American Van Lines. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT BIG TIME!
