  I called these guys 1 week before my move and the booked me and showed right at 8:55am on our 9am appointment. The manners and behaviour was so kind and gentle with them. They were quick and efficient. I will be hiring them in 6 months.

  Nightmare. Unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent. Crew showed up late and bid the job twice what I was quoted on the phone. But what else can you do when a move-out date is looming? Crew manager leads off by apologizing that one of the three workers I was sent was brand new. He made it two hours in having lifted a box or two before deciding to walk off the job. Crew is constantly complaining about how they lack proper equipment and how their management is trying to take advantage of clients. Oh boy. We are just getting started. They decide to drag a pristine leather couch and dining room table along the pavement. Add to that a bunch of furniture that fell out the back of the truck when unloading, and a nice patch of oil in my freshly poured driveway. I was asked on several occasions to help lift boxes and furniture and climb up into their truck because the crew was understaffed and ill-equipped. And the truck was so poorly packed I had to rent a U-Haul the next day to get a load of furniture that could have easily fit in their truck. They gave me $200 and then ducked my calls about the thousands of dollars in damage they left me with.

  Was a bit disappointed. Was quoted 3 guys to show up and only 2 showed without us receiving notification this would happen. Due to the size of our house it took 10 hours to complete the job. Although they dropped the rate from $175 per hour to $135 per hour, I don’t feel like this was fair considering it took twice as long to complete the job. The guys were nice and worked hard but it was so much work for 1 guy to be in the back of the truck and 1 poor guy taking boxes in and out of the house. We had 1 1/2 (26”) truck loads of stuff. There wasn’t enough time since only 1 person was loading/unloading the truck for them to place the items where they belonged so we told them to stack everything in the living room. What a pain that turned out to be when we needed certain boxes with certain items. We couldn’t find anything. Several of our furniture items were damaged like our dining room table, our dresser and they took the arms to my computer chair off and still haven’t found those yet. After going back to clean our old house we found several furniture pieces that were sitting in the closet and left behind. They accidentally lodged our couch feet in our stair well and left a pretty big hole in the wall that my husband had to patch. They also accidentally left our bed rails in the truck but were kind enough to drop those back off to us the next day. Again, the gentleman were nice but we didn’t get the service that was promised and in the end we had to pay for the extra time it took to finish the job.
