Our items arrived at their destination and all our furniture and major appliances were damaged. I put in a claim with the shipping company and they said the damage was due to improper packing. The company that unpacked the items on the other end also said the items weren't packed or cover properly. I contacted Angel a few times and now he is just been ignoring me. Very bad experience.
