Just had a couch and love seat delivered over the weekend. Loadz tried charging my debit card $8,000 for some reason, and my bank (thankfully) declined the transaction, and locked my account in the event of future fraudulent transactions. When i spoke with Eric just now, he said it wasn't their fault, it was the fault of Stripes, the company that processes their transactions and he admitted that they were looking to change companies because of issues they have had. Had zero issue with the pick-up and delivery and my wife gave the guys a tip for the good service, but an attempted $8,000 dollar charge leaves a bad, bad taste in one's mouth. Eric didn't offer to contact this company Stripes on my behalf to see what went wrong and get back with me, he just said that they are difficult to get in tough with, they can only be reached by email. So basically...good luck contacting them. Perhaps Eric should go a little futher and try to please his customer base by contacting them to find out what happened (they are a reflection on you whether you like it or not), rather than say "contact them yourself, they are impossible to get ahold of...good luck". Won't be using again.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced due to an error on the part of our third party payment processor. Our User Agreement located on our website at loadznow.com clearly explains the use of our third party processor and how as a user you are bound to their terms and conditions as well and they are responsible and liable for any payment issues and disputes. The issue has since been addressed and fixed. We all know technology is never perfect and glitches and errors can happen from time to time. As you mentioned your wife was very happy with the delivery and even decided to award a tip for a job well done which we are happy to hear! We apologize again! Infact I said I would be contacting them about the issue and even thanked you for bringing it to my attention. All I said is I would not refund your money for the delivery when you asked because the issue was not for the delivery. I encouraged you to contact them on your own to get compensated by them if you felt the need to do so. I even directed you on how you could email them about it and mentioned that is the only way to get a call back from them as they do not have a direct line to call. Again thanks for using our service and whether you choose to use us again in the future or not that's up to you. If you do so we will provide excellent quality and fast same day delivery to you again. Thanks and take care.

I was disappointed to hear that they argued with my Adult daughter about the couches we bought. They said one was longer than the other (we already have the same couches in another room, we know they are both the same size). My daughter told him to just put them in the house and we would arrange them. He then argued we bought the wrong couches and we were missing a piece. My daughter kept explaining to them that we have the same couches already and there was nothing missing. She wanted to show him and he wouldn’t listen. Instead argued the whole time. We paid for them to deliver the couches, not argue about what we bought and where to put them.

Guys were super cool. Were on time with delivery Price is extremely cheap for pick up from store and delivery to my home. Love this company. Thanks again loadz. I definitely recommend.
