Really friendly people at the office running the place. Everything felt really smooth and relaxed, and there was no pressure to get something we didn't need. 5x10 storage is perfect for my family and is also surprisingly bigger than I realized. We fit quite a few tables/side tables/a grill/other things in and while we played Tetris with it, we still didn't even use half of the unit!

B. Rich is who helped me the day I rented a unit and she was wonderful. She was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and very attentive. Now I'm not thrilled with the hours of operation or the fact it's closed on holidays but because if the level of customer service I received from her, I'll stay.
