The only reason I gave it to stars is because convenience. Manager and assistant manager don't seem to care about customer service at all. They are just there for the check. Turn over is huge and most seem irritable and don't seem to want to help anyone. Employees that have been there a while are treated like third rate citizens.

I had a heavy return that I was taking from my car and putting it on a flat cart. I was having a hard time with it and Dawson, an employee that was coming into work at Lowes stopped and asked if I needed help. I said yes and he helped me and brought it into the store for me! I so appreciated it!!
