  This Lowe's is one of the largest, brightest, and most well-stocked home improvement store in the area. The employees here are friendly and helpful (for the most part) and unlike some of the other local big box home improvement stores, the employees frequently pro-actively ask me if I need any assistance. The returns and in-store pick-up service desk is almost always appropriately staffed, and while this line can get long at times, I've never had to wait a significant amount of time. As a gardener, I also love the wide selection of trees, plants, flowers, and shrubs. Last, but not least, I appreciate that their website/app has accurate inventory for this location.

  Had a delivery of a dryer and fridge. The water supply needed to be disconnected, it was a hassle I returned the fridge same day. Even had a plumber come out assess it was just more hassle than worth. My fridge works fine it is just too big and older. I called Margret to advise I was not taking it, as it was already return, she argued with me about how easy it is and how the plumber may not know what he was doing. I was annoyed as that is really not her business, I just wanted to return it. She said fine. This was Tuesday. Then Friday I receive a call they are trying to re-deliver the fridge. I called delivery, spoke to a very nice man named Anthony, who advised me the refund never went through, they were never advised to not attempt re-delivery. So now I have to wait until the fridge comes back again to the store for him to put the refund in. Grant it, Lowes has a refund policy for appliances of 48 hours for which I made the first time, however with Margret not doing her job, it puts me in the position to be forced to take something I no longer want. Which is how her attitude was from the beginning when I returned it the first time. On top of the fact the delivery people were very rude and I believe they stole my drill bit set when they removed my dryer.
