Terrible Place! Take your business elsewhere! I ordered a hitch & wiring installation package online and got an appointment. Later that day they called me and CANCELED my order out of the blue. They stated they were not able to install wiring at all... I asked if they can install at least the hitch without wiring. They confirmed. I went to the store to double check with them. The store associate checked my car. She was sitting in it and even crawling under the car. She confirmed that they can do install. I dropped the car and received another unfriendly call from this store manager. Now they figured out now they are not able to move my car. My STICK SHIFT truck made them CANCEL the other order again. Waste of lifetime Poorly managed store & a very unfriendly manager!

Rented twice from here, both times smoothly and easily. Use the online app to make reservations, saves you tons of time and energy. It can be difficult to get in and out of -- only entrance/exit is onto/from the westbound side of PA 3, and you can't turn left onto PA 3 WB from US 1 NB so you have to plan your entrance and exit routes carefully.

Could Uhaul management take care of the gentleman who was working morning of March 23rd. He is impatient, rude, impolite, low tempered and nonprofessional. He was at customer service desk, ( no name tag). Heavy built. He was busy at his phone, at my question about a product ,Without moving his eyes from his phone he murmured something which I could not understand ( was difficult to understand his saying due to his natural tone) I dared to ask again and that’s all. He chased me out, shouted an cursed . Please check the video.
