I've previously purchased a screen door, washer machine, and a stove from this specific location. So I have surely spent money. The products have been great however the customer service during the process was less then memorable. But TODAY I had a much better and positive experience. We were greeted immediately at the door, along with "can I help you" from another employee on our way to the appliance isle. And when I tell you when we got there Maria in kitchen appliances was the BEST, its an understatement. She was SO helpful and just a pleasure to speak with. She was very knowledgeable and if she didn't have the answer she was quick to find it for us. She was relatable and joyful and I could tell she respects her position & takes it seriously. Thank you Maria for helping us pick out the perfect dishwasher and fridge. Your assistance was outstanding!!! You deserve a raise if not a position in management to train other on boarding staff how to get the job done RIGHT! I'll continue to spend my money at this Lowes location if all the staff is just as SPECTACULAR as Maria in kitchen appliance.

The guy Shawn at customer service did an great job of helping solve an ongoing product delivery issue. The item came in damaged three times and Shawn took the time to call the vendor and get them to ship it with another shipping carrier and packaged it better. I received it earlier than the ETA Shawn had given me. Thank you Shawn for all your help.

Came for plants. Most were soggy and wet. The cashier gave me a hard time over a clearance plant. I'll come back again in the spring.
