  PODS is good in theory, but we moved in in August and our PODS delivery got delayed, causing us to incur extra unanticipated expenses. After delaying our delivery, they ensured they would reimburse us for reasonable expenses. Over 5 months later and our claim STILL isn't resolved. We have received little communication back from the company, even after providing all the documentation they requested and us calling multiple times trying to get this figured out.

  I was in a unique moving situation where my home was being sold, but the home I was purchasing was seeing a significance delay with no clear closing date. The PODS solution was perfect -- instead of the traditional paradigm of having to work around my storage (renting a cargo van and moving it to a warehouse, then moving to temp housing, then doing it all over again) - this allowed my storage to work around me. Really positive experience and a much needed solution for my situation.

  Getting a quote + ordering online was quick and easy. Day before delivery I was given a 3 hour window. The driver, Jason K, called when he was 30 minutes away to let me know he was on his way. Delivery was smooth-Jason did a phenomenal job and made sure I was satisfied with placement. I appreciate the professionalism and fantastic service!
