This is the best Lowe's in the area. They have friendly staff and plenty of products to choose from. Spring is in the air here! 1-2-22: found the garage door springs I needed in stock with the safety cables. Mine was rusted and about to break.

UPDATE had to go down to 1 star after standing at customer service for about 20 minutes. Still didn't get my online order after a month. They really can't get it right This has been a long time coming. 2 stars for extensive selection and low prices. Overall Lowes exemplifies poor customer service. A few stores are worse some are better. Trying to buy products from the website is like a game... Will you ever get your items?! They recently completely rearranged the store now I can't find anything... including employees. I'd rather go to the depot but this is much closer

I've been shopping at the Avondale Lowes for 4 years now, and will absolutely continue making this my go to place for home supplies and tools.. Floor personnel are always very knowledgeable and helpful. Purchased a refrigerator and the whole experience was smooth due to the competent, efficient professional handling from salesman to deliverymen. Returns are easy, and if there is any issue the customer service people are courteous and respectful. The manager this past week handled any concerns I had rapidly and to my satisfaction. Great Store, Great People.
