Every employee goes out of their way to help. We were in Lowe's for 3 hours gathering tons of stuff for a large project. A BIG thanks to Matt, Amy, Ben, Erin, Wayne and Jessica! We will be back because of all of you.

Spent 10k+ on lowes flooring, got called multiple times for extra charges. Flooring still not installed 3+ months later. Lowes refuses to contact me, or schedule anybody to come actually install the floors. I have receipts showing I paid for the flooring and labor, and Lowes just hangs up on me. Now I have to dispute the charges with my bank. I should've listened to the locals of Big Rapids when they told me to stay away from this place.
