  Sharon and her husband are great people. We've been renting from them for quite some time now and have never had any problems. Property is well maintained and we always feel very secure because of the security cameras and lighting. We've never had any issues getting into our unit even after a blizzard! Highly recommend!

  I just read the reviews about Luminary Lane storage. First I have to say I have been renting one, sometimes two, units from them since 2011.....I have never had a problem with the owners or the units. The individual that is complaining about not allowed to do her so called Charity work from there is one very disrespectful unprofessional person ever. Luminary Lane storage is not for conducting ...any kind...... of business out of . We pay for the right to have access to our units at all time, the owners have always made sure we ALL do. They have snow removal at all times, they make sure no one is ever blocked from their units. They also give us a better sense of security because of the lighting and security cameras that are on at all times. I'd like to know who this person was with the " throwing the charity thing" in everyone faces, she has no idea that the owners of Luminary Lane go above and beyond to donate to their church for just that purpose., the difference is they do not cause a unwelcome scene about it. I will continue to rent from them, knowing if I do have any issue ever, they would see to it immediately. Thank you Luminary Lane for all your help in that last several years and for treating me and my rights there very professional. Plus, you are the best price in town.

  I was a customer of the storage from October of 2012-2013. She has asked me to move out because I have a CHARITY group which I store items for in the storage unit. I have people come once a week on Sundays to come pick up items they may need usually cloths, but sometimes furniture, microwaves, baby formula and other items. I DO NOT TAKE MONEY FOR ITEMS. IT IS NOT A BUSINESS. It is a charity group. The man that lives in the house that the owner rents out that is on the same property as Luminary Storage constantly complains about no privacy. The group disturbs him and his privacy. He chose to rent a home on a property where 100 people store there items yet thinks that he should never have anyone bother his privacy. The owner of Luminary storage decided not to put up a privacy fence instead put up a wire type fence so I personally would not have rented the house if I was so concerned with privacy. He complains that he can't mow his lawn between 2pm and 4pm on Sunday which is the time I am out at the storage unit....I find it ridiculous this is the only time he can mow his lawn!! I have found a new storage place. Take it from me Luminary Storage is not the place you want to rent from. Sharon Hofer the owner has treated me and my group like dirt. I have given her 600+ dollars and get told I can not give away items to the needy. I recommend calling Eastside Storage I will be doing my business with him from now on. He is very professional and very kind. He supports charity groups and wants to help people. That is the kind of person I want to do business with.

  I had 3 other units call and complain that they could not access their units. They said there was 10 - 12 cars parked in front of there doors and kids running around in the parking lot. I was afraid of the liability, and had to make a decision to remove one unit or have more unhappy customers. I regret having to make this decision, but i have to do what is best for all my customers.
