  Moving the hardest and stressful task you ever wanted to do. Well, Macy Movers, Inc made my family move very manageable and fluid throughout the whole processed. Used them for the first time 16 years years ago from a company job relocation, second move 2 years later and latest Sept 2021 for the third time. I've also recommended Macy Movers to a friend they moved twice. It all starts from the outstanding superior customer service of the Front Office TEAM on scheduling consultation and following up on check off list leading to the day of the actual move. Home visit appointment to go over estimate and planning consultation was quick and easy by Macy Movers top agent. Now to the crew team of movers, lead person was very detail in giving directions and time management to the entire team. It's been a while that i've seen a group of men worked so hard that particular day when temp was around 98 degrees. The entire crew was all business and know exactly each person role and responsibilty. Importantly, the movers handled all our personal ITEMS with care as if it was their own. Plus, everyone were very respectful and accomodating to your needs. My wife was very happy and entire family throughout the move. I highly recommend Macy Movers, Inc if your looking for a dependable professional moving company. It's Family Owned and been in business in the Bay Area since 1915, a company you can trust!   On August 29th, 2005 Hurricane Katrina hit Louisiana, and Mississippi leaving hundreds of thousands of people homeless. Others lost their belongings overnight. When a teacher from Castlemont High School in Oakland called Mr. Macy to see if he could take items to Mississippi and Louisiana without cost to the students, without hesitation he responded, "yes". He sent the biggest truck in the moving industry to support the Castlemont students project and the people of those two devastated states. The project was one of the best projects ever organized by Castlemont students. Macy's genorosity was unbelievable and unmatched to this day by any other moving company. They will always be my favorite of all moving companies. They rose to the occassion to demonstrate what civics truly means.

  We have all heard horror stories about moving! I have a different story to tell. This team of three men arrived when they said they would, sprang to work and worked efficiently and quickly. They were courteous, asked good questions, and were considerate. They showed a good sense of humor. They were prompt in their arrival at my new home, made sure things got to the right place, and finished early! It was one of the best customer experiences I can remember, and I have a lot of years to remember! I cannot say enough about how exceptionally excellent they performed their work!
