  I'd like to express my deepest gratitude to Jose and his crew who came to pick up my belongings for my move out of California! I was recommended by a friend who used UPLINE's moving company and I am so grateful I listened to her advice to use them. From my interaction of having Dale come out to personally take an inventory of my items to move, up to packaging and loading day with Jose and his awesome crew I am just impressed. Jose was very professional and explained what and how the loading and Shipping process would be and reassured me they would take the time to properly protect certain items and load them with care. Cristian had noticed I packaged some items that didn't look secured and went out of his way to make sure it was properly packaged and ready for the long trip. Elias and Victor carefully carried the items (some heavy) nicely down the stairs and secured them into the moving truck. Everyone was professional, worked fast and efficiently with care and made me feel as if I was talking with my own family members. I still have to wait for my items to now be shipped out to my destination in another state but Jose and his crew set the tone allowing me to feel and know I made the right choice in choosing Upline Moving to handle my belongings for my long trip out of state. Thank you Desiree as well for calling me from the office to keep me informed about my expected arrival time of the items and for being such a sweet and positive person even over the phone! I'm just really impressed from the level of communication and professionalism from my first interaction to the crew and now the office!

  Upline Moving assisted me with a recent move from Castro Valley to San Ramon and I just wanted to take a minute to say thanks. The move itself went smoothly, the price was good, but I was most impressed with the company's presentation. Before I could even book my move with them, they made sure to do a survey of my items and provided me with what's called a "not to exceed" amount of hours. They were so detailed that I literally had no questions when the presentation was done. I'm very thankful for the quality service but even more impressed at the education I got along the way.   I just finished a move from CA to OK (yes another one of those people) and I could not say enough of awesome it was to work with Upline moving. From John to Dale to the packing team in the Bay Area to the dropping off team in OKLAHOMA everyone was extremely professional and made the move a breeze. My items took a week and a day to arrive in perfect condition. The unpacking team put every item exactly where it needed to be and not a scratch or broken item in the bunch. I had a lot of anxiety being a single woman moving across states, packing on my own and I couldn't have done it without this team. Professional, efficient, funny and dependable. I would recommend anyone to this company for moving needs.
