My move was a nightmare. Everything Haskell says is a lie. They do not move anything but their mouths. Once they got our deposit that was it we could not get in touch with them without an act of Congress. No more answered emails either. They tried to extort more money from us. They dumped our stuff into storage and would not tell us where until we paid more money. We would not do that we had a contract. Finally we got to the storage unit and all the boxes were crushed and opened and gone thru. Every piece of furniture is broken. We have hired an attorney and are suing them because they will not honor their word and pay for damages, they lied about everything else. Do not use this company. They should be shut down and thrown in jail.

We don’t any information on you in a file and never have done a job like that you are speaking about. We are very disappointed with the "service" they provided. Their cost was way over their estimate and they broke a heirloom lamp that had survived over a dozen moves across the country. Three months ago we were told their insurance company would reimburse us, then they would pay us by mail, then paypal. We have not been reimbursed yet, and it appears we will not. The biggest disappointment besides the lamp was the lying. We do not recommend them.
