  Wow do they suck. They guaranteed good movers, well they didnt speak english and they destroyed an $7,000 set of oak shelves. Took expensive artwork OUT of a box and stuck it in random places. They canceled the delivery of two pods from 1600 miles away and never told me yet I have a confirmation from PODS saying they would be delievered tomorrow. And Brianna with customer service claims theres nothing they can do and she wont give out a supervisors name. If you want a good moving company, go somewhere else. Now I cant work and have no furniture for another 2 weeks. Absolutely unbelievable.

  The load had shifted in its journey across the country. The driver just dropped it and left without checking to see if the door would open. They charged us $100 to come back out and shake it a little so we could open it. We also had to wait 2 weeks for our stuff to arrive.

  Terrible Company! Long Wait times for call center and cannot tt local offices. My pod p/u time was 7:30-10:30. Driver took my pod at 6:30 before I could load my bed. Charges for storage extremely high $172. Storage center said could not re-deliver to my new address. I had to rent truck and p/u myself. Terrible experience!
