      My initial thoughts about the company were great until they showed up to collect my belongings. 2 guys showed up with a rusty non marked box truck and it gave me an uneasy feeling. However I needed to move and was left with no options. I then proceed to show the movers everything to be moved. I was then informed that the motorcycle that I had needed to be drained of fuel. I being s first time mover was not aware that the fuel needed to be removed. I had informed them from the very beginning of the process that there will be a motorcycle to be moved and not at any point was I informed that the fuel needed to be removed. This led me to resorting to turning a $10,000 motorcycle upside down on concrete due to all my tools being already packed up. I had everything boxed up, taped up and labeled for these guys to move besides big items such as dressers, tv’s, etc. I assumed that moving blankets would be used. I was told that they had to bubble wrap them instead of using blankets. After all my belonging are taken to some unknown warehouse and stored I then get the final bill a few days later. I was told that there was an extra charge due to the motorcycle taking up some extra space even though I was charged initially for an oversized item. I was also promised a delivery date within 3 days of my arrival in my new home. I then found out that it could be up to 30 days later than my original promised delivery date. My final bill also reflected that there was a $300 charge for “tape” $600 for “bubble wrap” and $20 per box used to pack up TV’s. I was told that these charged were due to Covid and that they couldn’t use moving blankets. Fast forward to me living on an air mattress for 2 weeks waiting for my belonging to be delivered. My belonging finally arrived…damaged and wet. Dressers and end tables were scratched and dented due to a very cheap and thin layer of bubble wrap. Boxes were soaking wet due to a box truck that was leaking. Motorcycle had decals that were rubbed off and plastic that was bent from being improperly strapped down. $800 drone was missing and never put on the truck. Not to mention they only took the final form of payment, that ended up being three times the original estimate, in the form of a money order. Overall a very very sketchy experience and will never pay master movers or anybody else to move again. I am scared for life and never got my missing belongings back.

Master Movers is a reputable relocation company proudly serving an average of 2’000 customers yearly. When you booked your move, you did book the services through a broker with whom you provided the information and coordinated details of the move. You selected and set-up a Non-Express- Non- binding move with the broker Non-Express has a minimum of 1-30 business days for your delivery with time starting from your first available date for the delivery. Regarding your motorcycle, moving companies are not authorized to transport hazardous/ flammable materials, for this reason we requested the fuel to be removed. We are sorry if there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding between you and the broker with whom you booked your move. A review of your moving documents reflects you signed for an authorized partial packing and all charges associated with the packing materials and packing labor. Tape, bubble wrap, Tv boxes. All applicable charges were correctly applied, Initial estimate for (508-) space reservation/ volume / Cu.ft, the broker provided you with at time of booking and the additional space reservation of ( 124 ) / volume / Cu.ft actually needed on the day of your move, as well as partial packing materials, packing labor and fuel. Please be sure to check your emails we sent you on your move day. you will see the charges and a breakdown of the charges as outlined in the documents that we went over with you on move day and that you signed. The documents emailed and signed contain the physical address for our company which is the same location your items were stored. Damaged and or missing items, I am sorry to hear this. We have not received a completed claim form from you, please be sure to contact our office if you wish to file a claim, or have additional questions. we will be happy to assist you,

      Horrible all the bad reviews are an understatement. How are these people In Buisness? Lies, misrepresenting unprofessional low life’s. Walked out on our job without a word. snook out like the criminals they are. Lost pieces to furniture I had hired them to move leaving a power bed, 2 seventy inch TV’s and 2 patio recliners inoperable also failed to unpack or washer and dryer. I paid them extra to pack the TV’s to avoid this very issue. I am a. disabled adult 67 yrs old. My next call is to the Indiana Attorney General to expose this illegal operation. Don’t believe any thing out of Ben’s mouth if that really is his name I am betting it is not just another of his other lies.

I have conducted a full review, closely and thoroughly examining all moving documents, emails, account notes and signed paperwork. The paperwork is in order and complete. We spoke with you on the day of you delivery 1-2 Hours prior to the movers completing the job. Your only concern was locating the missing Tv legs, We requested you to please open all the boxes and check for these as it would be common to place them In a box to prevent them from be left behind at your pick-up location. We received the Household Goods Descriptive Inventory list back after delivery was completed 10/17/21 at the bottom it is signed and dated that all items have been received, there is no entry made in the required area or any other location on this form to indicate items missing. Signed moving document reflects delivery was completed and absent of missing and or damages. Electrical items, washers, dryers, ECT can be moved and placed in designated areas. However, regarding the setup and connect of electrical furniture and items. This exceeds the scope of services Offered and provided by our company and best handled by providers in respective fields. Please refer to the estimate / Order for service you signed and initialed on the day of your move. Under the heading Additional Services and rates available, you will find the information that outlines this service is not available. One of your moving documents was a wrap of sheet where we asked a few questions and requested you rate in those areas. You checked Excellent with regards to office staff and movers, and wrote yes belongings were handled with care and that you would recommend Master Movers. You added an additional comment that says hard working. You listed your office representative as Ben and Foremen as Steven. You signed and dated your wrap up sheet indicating that the questions were answered by you. Given the information I have obtained from your moving documents, I am surprised by this posting and how it differs from our conversation and all of the documents that you completed with your signature. I truly am sorry that we were not able to satisfy you 100 percent as is always our goal with each of our customers. But, we have been from the beginning been up front and transparent with the services and cost of services as reflected in your moving documents. Please be sure to check the email address we have on file for you, a copy of these documents have been emailed as a backup to you. In conclusion, you mentioned you are disabled, Sir we wish you the very best of health now and in the future and much happiness in your new home. Respectfully,

      Master Tow was quick at assisting me in getting my car tow. The price was reasonable and I was able to ride along with the driver Steven. Definitely would use again.
