  I'll tell you why I continue to use MercuryPDX. I never have to follow up. Once I send them a request for service, they are on it and I don't have to worry. They are easy to work with and Zack always goes above and beyond.

  The Mercury PDX team went above and beyond to help me out when my office needed something served on a very short timeframe. Several other process servers had declined and I was in a panic. They were able to handle it efficiently and professionally, and have a driver on the road with the documents less than 30 minutes from when I called them. They kept me updated by phone throughout the whole process, and I had a signed service Affidavit by the end of the day. They do amazing work!

  Mercury has gone above and beyond for me, my firm, and our clients. Even when I am up against a hard deadline, they make it happen. Their reps are communicative, knowledgeable about the rules, and offer suggestions to make sure my documents are served. I also love that they have vetted connections all over the U.S. so I don't need to spend time researching process servers in random locations for each service.
