I don't personally have a unit here but my mother does so I occasionally go in to pay her bill for her. The staff is fairly nice and helpful. Most recently, I had an interaction with Paula at the front desk and she was very polite and pleasant to interact with. As far as the units themselves, the one my mom rents is a decent size and not too overpriced. They have handy trolleys to help you move your things which was honestly a lifesaver when we were loading everything into the unit.

By far the simplest storage rental ever. Took me 15 minutes registering, browsing the unit sizes, making payment, and all online! Paula the facilities manager had a welcome packet, lock & key waiting inside my unit when I arrived. Great place to store your belongings.

Paula was very helpful today! She was able to give us reassurance that we needed to know that our things were going to be well cared for, she was friendly, and also insightful too. I will definitely use Metro Self Storage in Burnsville in the future if I need a place to store my belongings!
