  Made a reservation online for a 10x10 that showed it was $50. I was called by Albert the manager to confirm my reservation. He informed me that the price online may have been wrong as that unit is more than $50 but he did honor the $50 price for me. Great way to take care of the customer!!!

  Pain free, easy going customer service and accommodation. I called ahead of time and was walked through the rental process quickly. Was able to come in same day and rent two units hassle free. Very courteous service. I highly recommend!!

  I run a drywall business and I use a large unit to store my material and work trailer. Plenty of space and always at a proper temperature even in the winter to keep my material from freezing. Albert is a great guy to work with and has helped me since day one. I've had no problems and will continue to use North Star Storage for as long as I live in the area.
