  So I thought they were decent until I discovered they broke my wine fridge. Called the company, they are not responsible for items that they don't wrap, but this item was clearly dropped so wrapping wouldn't have saved it. She says you can file a claim but it'll be denied....never again!

  Great moving company. I will refer to my friends and family. They arrived on time and did not charge any hidden fees. I called 3 other moving companies and Middle Class Movers offered the best service and the most honest quote.

  This place seems to be new and they are trying to get their business off the ground but um... Absolutely terrible business. Do not use them. I purchased a groupon for this company about a week ago. I called as soon as they opened as instructed by Groupon to make an appointment and they literally went the ENTIRE day without answering/responding. I sent them emails, left voicemails, and finally near the time they were about to close, a girl finaly picks up who tried to be nice but had no phone etiquette or customer service at all. She seemed confused the whole call. She kept placing me on hold and kept trying to check to see if I got a good deal by buying the groupon versus just purchasing directly through them. She finally said she would check for the availability of my move date and would call me back the next day. Not a word. So towards the end of the day, I called back and STILL never got anyone to answer. So I called groupon and got my money back. This place is very unresponsive, terrible customer service and is just not worth the time or money. Save yourself. BY THE WAY, I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NO PLANS TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. What. A. Joke.
