My ex put his things in storage here for two months and when he went to get his stuff it was covered with spiders and rat poop and urine. When we unloaded everything, there was a dead rat in it. It was disgusting and some of his things were ruined. If you have anything worth keeping...you don’t want to keep it here. Spend the extra money and get climate controlled somewhere else.

The lady was rude, I paid a 50 dollar deposit along with 20 for the last month of April. Decided to get a different unit because you can only pay cash money order or personal checks which did not fly well with me considering I was going to be out of state for 6 to 8 months. Took what little stuff I had out of there just to get denied my deposit back because I didn't rent for a full month so basically I just paid for a full month of service without using it. Its a crock of crap.
