  "I had the unfortunate experience of having to live in a van for a few months in 2020, and having access to a storage space made it much more tolerable. Jonathan was super helpful in communicating the hours of operation and the basic rules and regulations. My unit was quite tall and I was able to fit everything I needed into it, and it even had an A/C power outlet so I could plug my generator in to charge it when necessary. This also enabled me to utilize my vacuum and save my quarters. When I was able to find more stable housing I was due a small refund, and Jonathan again was exceptionally helpful in making sure that got squared away quick and easy. Overall my experience was very positive and I am thankful for the facility and the staff."
