  "If I could give Zero stars to this company, I would...These people have hidden charges, never return phone calls, the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Hired this company to ship from Seattle to Los Angeles and Seattle to Dallas. It took over 90 days of chasing to get the shipments sent out. We are talking packing and boxing and shipping small home decorative items. 90 DAYS!! A shipment that was "sent" on 11/29/12, was actually sent 12/13/12. This was discovered only after INSISTENT DEMAND to provide tracking information. Lies and more lies. Not to mention ALL LABOR AND SHIPPING CHARGES HAD TO BE PAID UP FRONT! This leaves me w/ little recourse save to report to BBB of Seattle/Washington State, and all the online customer review sites. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! For your shipping needs, USE CRATERS AND FREIGHTERS FOR LARGE ITEMS, OR GO TO ANY LOCAL SHIPMENT CENTER SUCH AS MAIL BOXES ETC. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!"
