  I sent a box to philippines last Sept unti now they haven’t deliver the boxes my family called in the Philippines and they said it will be delivered yesterday (Thursday) but they did not deliver. Today they tried ti call but they cannot be reach. I also called the company yesterday I spoke to Roger he told me it will be delivered today. The guy is also very arrogant and unprofessional. Please do not use this company. Its been 3mos Until now no boxes yet.

  MOBILITY EXPRESS LLC, is a Cargo Shipping that delivers door-to-door boxes to the Philippines is such an UNPROFESSIONAL SHIPPING CO. Don't send cargo thru them! My sister is having a BIG, BIG PROBLEM with her 14 boxes she sent (in July) to the Phils. since she's retiring back home and they sent all their stuff thru Mobility, they supposed to deliver them last 2 days ago but they did not come, my sister called them and their reason was, their vehicle is having a problem and now they are saying they have NO DRIVER to drive the vehicle. What the .....??? I called their agent here and he called their office in Novaliches and they said that they are going to deliver them today (Wednesday in the Phils.) even in the afternoon.....that was after I yelled at them for causing such a problem coz their medications are in those boxes, it took 3 months instead of 45 days as they promised my sister. I told the agent, they are FINISHED! They finished our business with them, I can only wished the 2 boxes I sent last 2 weeks ago will make it to my sister hopefully by January 2022! 😡😡😡

  I used their service last February and until now my box haven’t arrived I tried to call them and when answer the phone they are The Who’s more upset that I’m doing them a favor for using their service, the person that I’ve talk to is very arrogant and unprofessional. That shouldn’t do business like this if they can’t talk to their customers the right way.
