  My wife and I didn't have a great experience with On Track. I appreciated that they guys showed up early. They weren't efficient with moving our furniture to our new place (over 5 hours for 1 bedroom). I was asked by Dave to complete a 5 star review to get $10.00 off, of what turned out to be $100 in supplies and more than $1K in fees, and a piece of artwork was left behind in the truck (even after it was checked for items, before the movers left),which resulted in an associated bringing 2 days later. Also one broken office desk. We honestly weren't impressed with this service. They are now offering to come out and "fix" my desk. An appointment was made by Lucas, almost a month later since the move happened. I got a call saying their "repairman" is injured and he is unable to come out as scheduled, and if we can "reschedule". Why they couldn't get someone else to come out is beyond me. All in all, I don't believe the customer satisfaction is a high priority. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

  Hired a team of two to help me and my s.o move locally. Ontrack was great at answering the phone quickly pre-move, and their movers showed up on time and were very professional. I'll definitely be calling on these guys again for future moves! One thing that could be improved is, if customers could use the Ontrack website to put the $150 deposit down. I didn't feel comfortable giving my credit card info over the phone but the rep said it was the only option.

  Ontrack Moving did a great job! We had to move a 3bed home from SF to Seattle. I worked with Luke and Sam for setting things up, and then with Ika, who was on the ground packing and loading. Ika was great at keeping in touch the whole time making sure he was packing and loading the right things. Everyone was very responsive and transparent the whole time. This is the second time I've worked with Ontrack Moving, and would work with them again.
