The storage facility was very clean and organized. The gentleman in the office was very nice and helpful. Our HOA made a good decision to work with this storage unit company.

Used them for two flipping years. Overpriced and quick to double-lock if you lose track and miss a payment. And now that the new owners have taken over it is even worse. At least the old owners were fairly nice. I wouldn’t use them and I’m moving out ASAP.

They couldn't even electronic deposit the $20 back into my checking account. They had to mail it and they tried to lied saying they had no storage unit available. Just because one person didn't have a problem with shepherd storage. Doesn't mean others want have trouble. That was pretty ingorant to say that. Companies pick and chose which customers to mistreat and give the run around.
