Super Nice Fancy Nancy... Excellent Customer Service.. I stopped in on a very short notice in and out with in 20 mins Storage room, contract, passcode and lock ! She was Very Welcoming, Professional, sweet , Considerate , up front, honest and transparent ! Very hard to find nowadays. A great asset to the company! Thank you for your help Nancy !

So the entire time I have been here it has been a horrible experience the day I first got here was treated nicely then Once I got in here and every single month been charged a late fee due to numerous of reasons reasons 1st being my card's auto pay didn't enroll properly so instead of Having the courtesy of not charging me a late fee and telling me Hey your card's auto pay doesn't work they still charge late fee next month I was told that's due by the 10th then switch to the 6th then switch to the 5th every month is a new Excuse I will no longer be using their services and don't recommend anybody else to come here very unprofessional.
