I have had a contract with Allied for three months for an interstate move. Three business days before the scheduled packing & loading, I was notified that the move has been indefinitely postponed due to a lack of drivers. Really? Three months to comply with a signed contract is not enough lead time to schedule a driver? Now, all of my furniture and clothing is being packed into a warehouse to await a date when Allied might actually agree to deliver them. Meanwhile, I have no place to live and almost no clothes. No offer of compensation. No revised date for a move. Nothing. The most unprofessional operation I have ever experienced.

We really appreciated that the moving crew was accommodating to the special needs of our interstate move. The guys who packed us and then the crew that completed our delivery/unloading were efficient and friendly.
