Toia was extremely helpful, sweet and knowledgeable! She answered all of my questions directly and held great conversation while simultaneously doing her job. She brought us to our new unit (which was spotless) and even showed me how to properly use the lock. I would give her alone 10 stars !!!!! But overall property looks well secured and CLEAN !!

Angela exceeds expectations. Costumer service from a knowledgeable manager that’s truly concern with positive outcome. Takes time to explain the process and listens to your storage needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager is awfully rude. Have rented a unit in the past and was going to rent one again but due to extremely poor customer service by the manager I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Also they supposedly close at 5pm but the manager will lock the doors well before.
