  Unit was very clean; the staff were professional and the price was decent. I enjoyed having easy access to the unit. We were in a very large unit with outside access on the ground floor. It was easy paying the monthly fee since we used the automatic withdrawal payment plan. We were in the unit for seven months and experienced no problems.

  Angie went above and beyond to help me understand why a change in our bill occurred without our notification, and then proceeded to amend that change as an apology for the lack of communication on behalf of corporate. She was quick to offer a solution and followed through on her offer, then followed up with me once all changes had been approved and applied to our account. We need more management leadership like Angie’s in our work force!

  Place is reasonably priced, very clean and units are easily accessible. I love that they offer the carts to move things. If you're looking to rent storage. This is the place to go. Ask for Angie!!! She is so sweet and very nice. She went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had. Will keep you guys on my list of recommendations!
