  Our interaction with Morse Moving started with salesman Chris. He was professional and polite as we explained our needs. We set a contract with them to pack us out on Oct 28th, 2021. That pack out date was never changed by us. Two weeks before the pack out date we received a call that the date had to change (even though we had to be out) to Oct 27 or 30, we accepted the 27th and prepared for the move. Two days before the 27th we receive another call they cannot pack us out on that date could we accept the 28th ( our original date). We accept, but then the driver informs us he will deliver our belongings on Oct 30th in Georgia, even though our contract states Nov 2 - 4 as delivery dates. When we refuse to accept the date, talk about charging us more money for storage ensues. Causing more stress. Then while packing out our stuff the movers (in front of us) yank the top off of our occasional table breaking it (see attached) then wrap it up and put it on the truck. When we file a claim for it and explain how it broke the claim is denied as it is a "press board table" and was "probably" already damaged. The claims person basically calling us liars. That was the last straw, between changing dates, trying to charge more money and breaking our tables I would NOT recommend Morse Moving. Customer service after the contract signing is poor.

  Katie Book was amazing coming out to our home and giving our moving estimate. The movers wrapped up all of our furniture, lined the floors with floor coverings, worked hard wasting no time and were made sure items were where we wanted them before leaving. Best moving experience.

  We had not moved in 40 years so were quite stressed about relocating about 100 miles from our “safe haven”. Morse Movers not only helped put our minds at ease by regularly checking in on how things were going but gave us very helpful packing tips as we went along. Ben, who met with us to simply give a cost estimate, went out of his way to talk us through the process as well as offer very helpful advice! Moving day finally arrived and we couldn’t have been happier when our moving team, Jake and Jacob, said to take the day off and let them handle the work. So we did! Jake and Jacob were a lot of fun to work with. They definitely knew their stuff! They made sure not to damage any of the walls or staircases of either house and every item they transported arrived in perfect condition. We highly recommend Morse Movers!
