  I ordered a Wine Cooler from a company in Southern California, the cooler was promptly picked up and arrived in Las Vegas, NV in a couple of days. I call the company and was advised I had to make an appointment for delivery, I set up an appointment and the cooler was delivered within the appointment hours. The cooler arrived in perfect condition, no indication of any mishandling or damage. The driver was very courteous and helpful, putting the cooler in my garage. I would use this company for freight shipments.

  This is the WORST freight company I ever worked with. I had to make over 20 calls to track my package. I would always get an answering machine when I call. When I managed to get a person online, I was promised a delivery date. I was promised three separate delivery days which MOUNTAIN VALLEY EXPRESS FAILED TO SHOW UP! BAD FREIGHT COMPANY! DO NOT USE MOUNTAIN VALLEY EXPRESS. WORST FREIGHT COMPANY EVER!

  My service has been good most of the times; we have been using them for many years. My only complains is, two months ago they lost one of my pallets with a very important raw material that takes about 16 weeks to get it. Unfortunately nobody wants to give me answer; the manager only said, well, contact the terminal managers.. and again, not answer from both managers located in Nevada and Phoenix. I filed a claim and never hear back from the cargo claim manager at least to let me know about the pallet or my reimbursement. So, if you lose a pallet or something get damaged just ready to deal with them.
