R+L has had our shipment sitting in Las Vegas for nearly a week; no attempt to delivery and no notification from them on anything we need to do from our end. I wrote their CS email this morning and have not received any response; yet, the PRO number now notes that delivery has been scheduled for tomorrow. R+L joins the ranks of XPO and Central Transport in the shippers that I will avoid with every fiber of my being if I can handle it and my broker will be given the same guidance for all of our incoming and outgoing shipments.
