  What a bummer - I wanted to write a 5 star review but I really can't. I had such a difficult experience with this company. We had a large move from our 6 bedroom house to a smaller older home. They arrived with a much too small truck and ended up having to take 3 separate trips. I will leave out most of the details but they did not blanket wrap our antiques well, they did not use shrink wrap and I have found so much damage to multiple pieces. To finish it off, our couch actually cracked in half a couple days after we moved and we had a dresser that was beyond repair and we had to throw out. An antique bed no longer has a finial because "it rolled away" when they picked it up. It is sad but alas - movers who are tired or not feeling well don't always do the best job. I believe that is what happened here. 3 stars because they did not give up and kept working to make a 10 hour day. They were kind and considerate - really nice guys. The owner did talk with me over the phone - hopefully this was just a bad day for these guys. I have been told I will get a 10% refund - still waiting after 1 month but am hopeful for at least some effort by the company to make things right.

  Hey i dont really rember this specific move but if we said we would refund 10% we will of course honor that who in the office did you speak to and when was your move?

  One star is way to good for this company but I had to choose a star to right this review. Everything about this company is horrible and they gouged my new wood floor to the tune of $1600. They also damaged some of my furniture.They have been dodging my calls for months. The owner told me that he can not claim it on his insurance unless I gave him a $100.00 1st but he claims his insurance will not pay for it. So This company is shady at best. Next step is small claims court and/or ABC news for help.

  These guys are the best! Although the random snow fall today they came by and helped me move my 1 bedroom apartment in less than 2 hours.They worked efficiently and quickly while also shivering from the cold i appreciated everything they did for me today no other movers were available at the same price they are. I will be recommending these guys to anyone who needs a move done
