  Just an absolutely phenomenal job! Very difficult move from the mountains to a high rise apartment. Not a single scratch. Movers were wonderful, on time and extremely friendly. Would recommend again and again.

  The team that moved me, Jake, Matt, Chase, and Hatcher were great at packing and loading, and they were very fun. Tim was awesome at getting in very quickly to check out my contents of my house in order to give me a quote. Definitely recommend.

  Where do I begin.... I'll never use Tim to move anything of mine again. It started out well until I was getting settled in my new home and discover my recliner was broke and my jewelry mirror was missing the back panel. When I read reached out to Tim to let him know, it took several days to get back with me. When he did come back to look at what was broke, his comment was, are you sure it wasn't broke before we moved it!!! Come on Tim really!!! He said we would return in a day or 2 with his repair guy and I never saw or heard from him again. That is not how to run a business!! NEVER AGAIN.

  Hello Sherri, Thank you for your business and I am sorry that you feel your experience was not satisfactory. All customers have a 72 hour window to report damages. You admittedly called two weeks after your move to report this damage. We have no idea how that furniture was moved around your home as you settled in those two weeks. I did agree to come by and take a look at your case as we take customer service very seriously. Although it was past the 72 hour report time I told you I would have one of my trucks come by and pick up the items and have them repaired as we want our customers to have a great experience. It was just a couple of staples and glue on the chair and a simple piece to fix the mirror. It did take a week to find an upholstery and furniture shop that had an opening to repair your items. With COVID-19 going on every repair shop is back logged for repairs. When we called you to pick up the items for repair you did not respond and the customer needs to respond back to us to have a positive outcome. We went over and above with customer service to satisfy your situation and you did not respond when we called to pick up the items for repair. My recommendation the next time you move is to report any problems you may have encountered in the 72 hour timeframe that is required. We will continue to be the movers that prides ourselves on great customer service before and after the move. Best Regards, Tim
