They took twice as long as a different company I used only a few months ago with the exact same stuff. They brook my garment rack, I filled a complaint and never got the money from the insurance. The guy insisted I will get a bigger storage room when we got to the storage facilities, but was wrong and I paid more for no reason. They left the storage room a mess, so I am sure more things got ruined.

Despite the credit provided by the storage company I've used, I do not see the point of Moved. It was not clear they were only a platform when the credit was given and there were several surprise fees (including highly overpriced tolls). The moving company eventually used was fine but the whole process could have easily been done with them direct. Sorry to say that Moved is yet another 'middleman' profiting from others' capacities. The move it done (with a considerably higher bill than expected), but I certainly do not recommend. Just Google a few local moving companies as they're usually just great on their own! Update: Moved have since acknowledged a few of their issues and made some according efforts. 1 extra star added.

Moved is great! They help you find the best rate by comparing many different companies for you - You don't have to call all of them! Moved handles the booking, payment, and had answers to all my moving questions. Best of all it doesn't cost you anything. (I thought they would charge more to cover their expenses but I when I called some of the moving companies I got quotes from they wanted more than through Moved) I would definitely use Moved again.
