  We have had a terrible experience with our move from the beginning to the end. We had multiple things damaged and went through the "claims" process - a 3rd party company called Moving Claims to resolve our request to be reimbursed for damages and lost boxes(3). We moved in to our new home in January and still don't have a resolution. We also still have a box of someone else's stuff. After we submitted all of our paperwork via the online portal, we had to submit via mail as well. Their resolution - $50.00 for $7K worth of damages. We are just asking for a fair resolution for all of the damages and issues we were put through.

  I feel so fortunate to have found Moving Kings and will never use another moving company again. This was our sixth move in 10 years and the first time that nothing has been broken in transit. Shannon was great to work with and even had a follow up from the owner to make sure everything was up to our standards. The crew arrived on time, meticulously wrapped everything, and were very efficient. Thank you Moving Kings, you made this stressful move a little easier on our family.

  We just completed a out of state move from FL to CO after storing our household goods for over 12 months. We also did an interim shipment to a temporary residence. Beware that the insurance is useless Many of our goods were lost and or damaged and there appears to be no attempt to locate lost items including large furniture pieces. When the mover arrived they attempted to deliver items that were not ours including 2 sofas Each shipment included items that were not ours and no attempt was made to find the owner. The utilize third part movers who really don’t care about tge goods are yours or not. We actually pointed out that some items were not ours line a vacuum cleaner and an outside chair and they just left those items with the trash for us to dispose of. They actually list a large antique hutch and an antique chair as well as several boxes. We have two large lamps and shades that do not belong to us that were packed in moving king boxes. I am trying to work with Shannon to resolve but she does not return most of my calls or messages and mist if the time her voice mailbox is full. Will update later if we are able to resolve any issues.
