  They did a great job. I made arrangements online (cheaper than every other option too). A couple days before I called to make sure we were set. They confirmed that the truck just showed up that day. That morning I went by and a nice lady tool me around the practically new truck to show me every scuff they had recorded so I would not be liable for them. I agreed with her on the condition of the truck and signed it out. Total time? 15 minutes. The truck itself was an automatic. Everything, including the radio worked perfectly. Nothing squeaked etc. Everything was in perfect working order. When I returned it I was 8 miles short of the estimated mileage so they charged me less than expected. In short, I have no complaints and highly recommend this store for your rental needs (I have rented a LOT of other things there - never a bump). One thing. I have driven larger trucks than this professionally. When I hear someone complain about acceleration or braking, it indicates that they are unfamiliar with trucks such as these. As I explained to my wife when she saw me braking 3-4 times further out than I normally do "You practically have to write things like braking on your calendar on these things and really plan ahead when you pull out or stop." Frankly, I was grateful that it was a strong automatic that did not require me to curse as I reached down to start grinding gears back up from first manually. And no, regardless of whether they are fully loaded or empty, they do not have acceleration to speak of. What they have is lots of torque so they move about the same regardless of how much weight you pile on. (all that and the radio worked - I call that a win!)

  A decent quiet place near downtown Sanford. I was in and out in no time. Easy to make reservations even have extension ladders to rent as well they have quipment to sell. Very affordable place good service. I would recommend this to anybody if they needed a truck or a equipment rental
