  I had a terrible experience with this moving company. After scheduling my move three weeks in advance, they cancelled on me the day before my move after I called to confirm the time and payment method. Jesse, in charge of scheduling, was extremely rude and denied our previous conversation, said he "never makes mistakes so there is no way he could've missed adding me to the schedule." I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

  The Constable of Dallas employed "Moving Services Company" on my behalf to seize property in order to fulfill a writ of execution. They charged me 3 hours of work because they showed up at 9am knowing that the place of business that the property was held did not open until 10am. As it turns out they did not have to pick up/transport any goods as a deal was made last minute. I received a phone call from Moving Services Company at 11:30am inquiring how I was going to pay for the bill as their job was done. As such, if they showed up at the appropriate time (10:00am) this would have been less than 2 hours of their time. However, they charged me 3 hours plus a "move/call out fee" for a total of $375. I should not have paid it looking back on today's events as they ended up not doing any work and only showed up for what should have been less than 2 hours. Good luck with that business model.

  DO NOT USE!!! It took them 4.5 hours move a small one bedroom apartment 5 miles down the road. The extra fees and time cost $340 on top of the Groupon.
