Youngstars "completed" our move this past weekend and the service was terrible. They were scheduled to be there between 8 - 9m but didn't actually get there until just past noon. Once there they spent about an hour wrapping 4 chairs in plastic before we had to ask them to actually start moving things. They dropped heavy table legs onto my wall causing damage to the wall. Their truck was not large enough for all of my furniture despite that I had given them an inventory weeks before the move. As a result I had to move 3 pickup loads of furniture myself to prevent a second trip. Once they finally arrived at my new house they complained that too many things were going upstairs. I finally got so fed up with paying hourly for their "service" that I told them I would put the furniture back together myself. Then as a final insult, they had the gall to tell my wife that "they do accept tips" when she was finalizing the payment. I will never use again. Would give negative stars if possible.

Hey Jacob, we apologize on how you feel about our services. Our goal as a company is to provide high quality services to our customers and maintain good relationship with our customers in the long run. Things happen every now and then but we do our best to tackle each situation with professionalism to reduce stress for our customers. In your case we had a no show as discussed on the phone called you received the morning of the move and therefore we had to call in one of the guys that wasn't scheduled to work that day to cover for the one that didn't show up, and as a result you were given a 10% discount on your move as agreed upon. There is no record of any damage occurring on your move, and as for the wrapping; It's what we do for all our customers to protect your furniture from damage. But the guys stopped wrapping furniture following your instructions which meant that we won't be responsible for any damage that occurred due to lack of protection. Again, we apologize for the delay on the morning of your move and we will do our best to make sure our next customer does not face the same challenges as we strive to achieve customer satisfaction! Thank you for moving with us.

Owner is rude and unprofessional. His driver backed and hit our condo property and is not taking responsibility for it even though the driver agreed he did it. If you read the other reviews they have a history of damages. Stay far away from this company. Also his movers are not trained and could tell they never picked up furniture or boxes in their life

It's unfortunate that you claim that I'm rude when you were the rude one, as you tried to bully me over the phone and all I did was ask you to speak like a civilized individual if you wanted me to listen to you and not to curse nonstop! My truck was parked next to a damaged property and did not cause the damage as you claim. I pointed out the facts from your own words and the picture you sent us which is different from the one above but you did not want to see the truth in that but instead you hanged up on me and went on posting reviews all over. You don't have to lie to get your way with things because the truth always wins! You claim my movers are not trained when they have gained experiences for the past 3+ years working with us. We engage in honest business and will not sit around while you lie into getting your way with things! We have loyal and honest customers that trust us with the responsibility to move them and that's what matters to us as a business!
