Kayla and Christina are very unprofessional and don’t care about there movers. They make there own decisions and think they are superior to everyone. They take money from the moving providers but don’t look into any issues or obstacles that can happen. For example we have certificate of insurance which they don’t have . We provide that for free and if we didn’t have that customers can’t move cause the building asks for those things. Even if it’s a unload. But Kayla thinking she’s miss know it all doesn’t look into anything I would NOT recommend this site or the people that work there. Stick to other moving sites!!! I also shouldn’t have my account inactive when I never declined a job. And I know your policy and agreements. I also see other bad reviews that also shows your a company that doesn’t care about your providers. We are the ones giving you money and making your site look good! What do u do for us u deactivate peoples account and not look into it. I’ve had customers already call u and tell us not to deactivate and u still did. I do not want a comment back because it’s more then likely Kayla and Christina. I don’t need your business and you charging customers and putting it in us to tell them makes you also unprofessional!

We are saddened to hear that your experience with MovingLabor.com was not up to your expectations. We value our relationship with our vendors, but at the same time have to ensure our policies are being adhered to. Our Vendor Support Representatives Kayla and Christina spoke with you on numerous occasions about the policy violations against your company, none of which were resolved. Your company did not abide by the contract you signed up for. Out of the last (4) requests that customers submitted with your company via our marketplace, 3 were declined and 1 was expired (aka never responded to within 48 hours). It's a shame you post low reviews instead of simply following contractual obligations to remain in good standing on our platform. Kayla and Christina were simply doing their jobs. Regarding the comment about your insurance- it is your responsibility to upload any credentials that your company may have into your account for review, like General Liability coverage. We can only go based off of what you have uploaded into your company profile. We also accept business licenses, name registrations, etc... as credentials to add to your profile.

The worst move I’ve ever had. One hour late...past the one hour “grace” period. Provided blankets...were not used... brought a young relative or friend with no experience who dragged my furniture. Movinglabor told me...my problem...contact mover which is illegal. They are the liaison. I have moved a few times before...not my first day in the the sandbox. Horrified, disgusted....contacted BBB. Pay the extra $100 bucks...this is a sham!!!

We are saddened to hear about this customer's experience with one of the movers listed on our site. The customer agreed to booking with this mover because they had a good reputation and by far the best price for her area. The customer submitted a complaint against the movers shortly after the move was completed. The movers insisted no moving pads were provided by the customer. The customer did submit pictures of the scratches and video taken from an outside camera of the movers sliding her dresser to the end of the truck so it can then be lifted and unloaded. However, none of the pictures or video submitted to us by the customer show any moving blankets anywhere. If the item was wrapped in moving blankets this action would not have caused any damage. This is why her claim was denied by the movers. We do not rule on damage claims at Movinglabor.com. No one from Movinglabor.com was on site during the move. This is explained publicly and in great detail in our Knowledge Base. What the movers provide and don't provide is in the customer's confirmation emails. Our job as the platform that booked the move is to make sure the movers address her claim and follow through with a decision on the legitimacy of the claim. The movers addressed the claim immediately, told us it was denied and why. We explained to the customer she has every right, if she has proof moving pads were provided and just not used, to then take the movers to small claims court. Movinglabor.com did everything that is required within the rules we operate under. We feel the 1 star review for us is unfair as she's asking us to force the movers to compensate her when we have no proof the proper moving materials were indeed provided. We also told the customer if she decides to take them to court we'd be more than willing to provide her with any information she requires on the movers. We harbor no ill will and wish this customer the best of luck in her future endeavors.
