  First time using a moving company and I absolutely love them and will use them again. I specifically had tony and Scott and loved them when I move again I will request these two they were fast and Efficient and very helpful!! 100% recommend.

  I have used tmb before with Kadeem Martinez and James R., they were great. This move in 2021 I was sent over Devin and Nate, they were on time courteous and profesional they were very careful with our belongings. They work pretty quick and safely. I would definitely trust them again very happy. They have very good prices. Worth it!

  Company wanted to charge 3rd floor pricing for items on the first floor and suggested I take another quote if I wasn't content with theirs. I did. They did respond very quickly though.

  Dillon, We are a bit surprised by this review since you did not actually use our company. We would like to reiterate once again that we do not have “3rd floor pricing”, we have a flat hourly rate for all moves, regardless of stairs or elevators. Upon hearing that you had a bad experience with another moving company, we tried our best to offer suggestions to help keep the cost of your move down and explained multiple times that we charge hourly, and you are only billed for actual time used. Unfortunately, we were unable to gain your trust, and you didn’t agree with our estimate process or our billing policies, so we felt it was best for you to shop around. At that time, you expressed that you had another quote you were satisfied with and thanked us for our time. If there is anything you would like to discuss further, you are more than welcome to call the office and a manager will be happy to speak with you again to provide clarification on how our hourly billing works.
